 With a passion for merging ancient traditions with modern science, Jaylene is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fullest potential and cultivate vibrant health in body, mind, and spirit.


Rooted in a deep reverence for the interconnectedness of all life, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. Trained in the art of Body Talk, Jay offers a unique blend of intuitive healing and scientific insight, guiding clients on a path of self-discovery and empowerment.


Jay is also a seasoned yogi, with years of dedicated practice and training in various yoga disciplines. From the gentle flow of Hatha to the dynamic energy of Vinyasa, Jay infuses her sessions with the transformative power of yoga, helping individuals find balance, strength, and serenity on and off the mat.
